2004

25. Elevated Pedestrian Crossing of Highway #10 $300,000
This project is intended to get travelers across busy Highway #10 in the vicinity of the Puma
Street extension. Further to the east, pedestrian/~icycle travelers can take advantage of the
signalized crossings. This location, however, will connect the Lake Itasca trail under the
cattle crossing at the railroad tracks and then over Highway #10 to connect travelers to the
Mississippi trail and east to the Mississippi West park as welt as west into the newly
improved wayside rest and Elk River's trail system.

26. Trott Brook Trail Construction from Elk River to County Road #5 $555,000
By the year 2004, it is expected additional lands will be acquired along Trott Brook.
Construction on the west half of Ramsey's Trott Brook provides for connections to the
existing Lake Itasca trail system and the substantial green space preserved in this vicinity.

27. Central Park Land Payment $27,000
