Ag Lime Infield & Irrigation for Riverdale Park $38,000 <br /> Riverdale Park is one of two neighborhood parks developed by TIF funds. The ag lime <br /> infield is important for safety as well as youth association use. As with any athletic facility, <br /> irrigation improves the quality of the play experience and aesthetics, as well as safety for <br /> players. <br /> <br />19. Central Park Land Payment <br /> <br />$28,000 <br /> <br />2003 <br /> <br />20. Community Center $4,220,000 <br /> By this year, momentum should be in place for actual construction of the $4,220,000 <br /> community center. <br /> <br />21. Lake Itasca Park Development $115,000 <br /> $115,000 will provide for basic park development, including Class 5 and pavement for the <br /> parkway and parking areas that were graded in 1999, as well as a play structure and ballfield <br /> development. This project will also include a basic shelter. <br /> <br />22. Flintwood Terrace Shelter <br /> Proposed is a gazebo style shelter to support the 1996 play structure. <br /> one of two neighborhood parks using TIF funds for development. <br /> <br /> $38,000 <br />Flintwood Terrace is <br /> <br />23. Flintwood Terrace Play Equipment~/Area Irrigation, & Landscape $25,000 <br /> The 1984 Flintwood Hills subdivision is the highest density concentration of single-family <br /> homes in Ramsey. The number of users and intensity of use warrant irrigation in the primary <br /> play area as well as installation of landscape plants. <br /> <br />24.
