Although that did not happen because the sale of Lot 1 fell
through, Mr. Christian is still hoping to find a buyer. He has two vertical commemial lots
dissected by 153rd Avenue. He's proposing to plat four lots- three on the north of 153rd and the
fourth from the remnant of the construction of 153rd. She explained that Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1
meet the area and dimensional requirements for B-1 Business property. The plat proposes to
utilize one-tenth acre of City property located east of the subject plat to meet the 200 foot road
frontage requirement on Lot 3, Block 1. There is landlocked property northwest of the subject plat
that the developer is proposing to provide access to via Outlot A, which will be retained by the
City, for future roads.
