Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Adopt Ordinance for Vacation of Easements; Case of Robert Muller <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reminded Council that they introduced an ordinance to vacate all pre- <br />existing drainage and utility easements in the proposed plat of Muller Addition to facilitate error- <br />free rededication of all necessary and standard drainage and utility easements in accordance with <br />existing underground utilities and with the new property line 'locations. This ordinance is now <br />being presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Ordinance <br />4t-96-21 vacating all drainage and utility easements within the boundaries of the proposed plat of <br />Muller Addition. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beahen aye <br />Councilmember Beyer aye <br />Councilmember Peterson aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Mayor Hardin aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #6: Adopt Proposed Ordinances to Establish Regulations for Parking <br /> Vehicles and Equipment in the Residential Districts and Modifying <br /> Lot Coverage Restrictions <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that Council introduced an ordinance to establish regulations <br />for parking vehicles and equipment in the single family residential districts and an ordinance to <br />modify the lot coverage restrictions in the residential districts to include prepared surfaces in the R- <br />I Urban and R- 1 Rural areas. This ordinance is now being presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Ordinance <br />g06-22 to amend Sections 9.02 (Definitions) and 9. t 1.10 (Off Street Parking) of the Ramsey City <br />Code to establish regulations for parking private and commercial use vehicles and equipment in the <br />residential districts. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beahen aye <br />Councilmember Beyer nay <br />Councilmember Peterson aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Mayor Hardin aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Ordinance <br />~-96-23 to amend Sections 9.20.1I (R-1 Rural Residential), 9.20.12 (R-1 Urban Residential), <br />9.20.13 (R-2 Urban Residential), 9.20.14 (R-3 Urban Residential) and 9.20.15 (Multiple <br />Residential) of the Ramsey City Code to clarify the scope of lot coverage. <br /> <br />City Council/December 10, 1996 <br /> Page I6 of 25 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
