Case #4: Adopt Ordinance for Vacation of Easements; Case of Robert Muller Zoning Administrator Frolik reminded Council that they introduced an ordinance to vacate all pre- existing drainage and utility easements in the proposed plat of Muller Addition to facilitate error- free rededication of all necessary and standard drainage and utility easements in accordance with existing underground utilities and with the new property line 'locations. This ordinance is now being presented for formal adoption. Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Ordinance 4t-96-21 vacating all drainage and utility easements within the boundaries of the proposed plat of Muller Addition. A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: Councilmember Beahen aye Councilmember Beyer aye Councilmember Peterson aye Councilmember Zimmerman aye Mayor Hardin aye Motion carried. Case #6: Adopt Proposed Ordinances to Establish Regulations for Parking Vehicles and Equipment in the Residential Districts and Modifying Lot Coverage Restrictions Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that Council introduced an ordinance to establish regulations for parking vehicles and equipment in the single family residential districts and an ordinance to modify the lot coverage restrictions in the residential districts to include prepared surfaces in the R- I Urban and R- 1 Rural areas. This ordinance is now being presented for formal adoption. Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Ordinance g06-22 to amend Sections 9.02 (Definitions) and 9. t 1.10 (Off Street Parking) of the Ramsey City Code to establish regulations for parking private and commercial use vehicles and equipment in the residential districts. Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Ordinance ~-96-23 to amend Sections 9.20.1I (R-1 Rural Residential), 9.20.12 (R-1 Urban Residential), 9.20.13 (R-2 Urban Residential), 9.20.14 (R-3 Urban Residential) and 9.20.15 (Multiple Residential) of the Ramsey City Code to clarify the scope of lot coverage.
