LOCATION: <br /> <br />1209 89th Avenue NE, Suite 130 <br />Blaine, MN 55434 <br /> <br />ACTIVITIES: The purpose of CEAP is to prevent a crisis for an <br />individual or family through the provision of intervention services, and to assist <br />clients in receiving long-term self-sufficiency services. Mission Statement: <br />CEAP is available to the people of the community to answer their critical <br />needs while preserving their dignity as human beings. CDBG funds will be <br />used for direct service needs such as Family Services and the MAC/NAPS <br />distribution program. 100% of the funds wilt be used for Ramsey/Anoka <br />residents for direct services and assistance. <br /> <br />CEAP is a full service human service agency, open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., <br />Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and is open until 6:00 p.m on <br />Thursdays. <br /> <br />Cf BENEFITING: From July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996, CEAP served <br />385 families (duplicated client count, based on number of times receiving <br />service) residing in the city of Ramsey/Anoka (Zip Code 55303) From <br />July 1, 1996 through September 30, 1996, CEAP served 99 families (duplicated <br />count) residing in Ramsey/Anoka. In 1996, CEAP expects to serve <br />approximately 370 families from Ramsey/Anoka. <br /> <br />HOW THEY BENEFIT: CEAP's services offer families an alternative to <br />economic dependence.
