What services are provided? <br />Rise provides job training, employment, transitional housing, and supported living <br />skill services to persons with mental, physical, developmental, learning, sensory, <br />and emotional disabilities.. <br /> <br />2. Wl~ere do you provide sewices? <br />Rise has facilities/offices in Spring Lake Park, Coon Rapids, Brooklyn Center, Minnea- <br />polis, St. Paul, Anoka, Bloomington, and Center City. <br /> <br />3. How willyou <br /> communicate w~h those with heariQq or vision imoairmen~? <br /> Information on Rise services or employment are ~onveye~'to Anoka, Ramsey, Hennepin, <br /> and Chisago Counties, as well as to human service agencies and job fairs. Rise has a <br /> sensory impairment program at its Spring Lake Park headquarters for people who have <br /> dual sensory impairments (vision and hearing). Several of our staff for this program <br /> are deaf and use tactile sign language to communicate with our program participants. <br /> Rise also has a program in St. ~aul, the Minnesota Employment Center (MEC) for people <br /> Who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
