Enclosed <br />please find a request on behalf of the Ramsey Senior Outreach Program, administered through <br />Anoka County Community Action Program. The total amount requested for the 1997-1998 <br />program year is $2,785.00. <br /> <br />Colleen Coyle now serves as the Senior Outreach Worker for City of Ramsey. Because of your <br />current support, she visits seniors and disabled adults in your community, providing case <br />management, referral and advocacy services for your residents. She serves low and moderate <br />income seniors and disabled adults by assisting them in obtaining help through food programs, <br />health services, energy assistance, and crisis home repairs, etc. Without her work in the <br />community, many of these individuals would not get the help they need, left in their homes with <br />inadequate food, medical care, or other basic necessities. <br /> <br />On behalf of your more vulnerable residents, thank you for your consideration of this funding <br />request.
