The~p~/consists of approximately 60 acres located <br />witkin MUSA and eligible for development of(~lots. The proposal is to develop I47 lots. At <br />the time of the preliminary plat approval, the City will verify compliance with all code <br />requirements. The Park Commission will review the plan to determ;ne the park dec[ication at their <br />meeting on February 13, 3997. The most signLficant issue is the streets and access to the <br />development. <br /> <br />City Enginecr ~lankowski stated that one of the biggest issmes with neigl~bors is access and traflSc <br />impact on the neighborhooct Traffic studies anticipate 10 trips a day are generated from each <br />home, which would mean 1,400 to 1,500 additional trips per day. Two access points are <br />proposed in the nortk 1) 158th Lane and 2) 157th Lane.
