I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-03- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF REGENCY POND 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot B, Regency Pond, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on December 11, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from Good Value Homes, Inc. for Regency Pond (also known as Pondview); and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1995, and recommended trail development and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 10, 1996, and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on February 13, 1996, and sent the preliminary plat for Regency Pond back to the Planning Commission for an additional public hearing with modifications to street alignments; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a second public hearing on March 4, 1996, and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 12, 1996, and granted preliminary plat approval to Regency Pond. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B~Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Regency Pond 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
