Review Letter: Regency Pond 2nd <br />March 18, 1997 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Drainage & Utility Easements: The limits of all wetlands are proposed to be dedicated as <br />drainage and utility easement: The standard t 0 foot wide easements have been provided <br />around the perimeter of each of the lots. <br /> <br />Drainage and utility easements must be consistent with the Drainage and Grading Plan dated <br />April 4, 1996. Accordingly, drainage easements over parts of Lots 3-14 of Block 2, have <br />been widened from the standard five feet on either side of the property line. <br /> <br />7. Park Dedication: Park dedication shall consist ora cash payment of $825 per lot. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 1997, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, to consider your request for final plat approval of Regency Pond 2nd <br />Addition. A copy of the proposed development agreement is enclosed for your information.
