Fee for this permit <br />is $60.00 and must be paid at the time of issuance of permit. <br /> <br />Case V Sight Distance requirements are not met at the proposed haul road <br />access as shown on the plan due to a horizontal curve and trees to the east. <br />It is recommended that the haul road access onto CR 63 be within 40 feet <br />of the west property lin6 in order to maximize available sight distance. It is <br />further recommended that some trees which are located outside of Anoka <br />County Right of Way be removed to improve Case V sight distance. If this <br />cannot be done it will be necessary~for routing of trucks to exit from the <br />site toward TH 47 only and to return to the site from the west only (see <br />sketch below). <br /> <br />Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer <br /> <br /> <br />
