7) MPRS Lawsuit <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City Council passed a resolution asking the League of <br />Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust to defend the City of Ramsey in the MPRS lawsuit. He <br />understood all the cities that were defendants have requested the same and LMC has agreed <br />contingent upon taking the defense from this point forward. It is not subject! to any losses or <br />repercussions from before this point. <br /> <br />8) Mayor's Prayer Breakfast <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec announced the Mayor's Prayer Breakfast scheduled for 7:15 p.m., March 20, <br />1997, at Greenhaven in Anoka. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Haas Steffen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
