consistent environmentally sensitive development and utilization of the <br />corridor; and <br /> <br />City of Anoka: Coordinate park and trail plans, coordinate Wild and Scenic <br />River and Critical River ordinances, coordinate land development policies to <br />protect natural resources, and maintain or increase public access to the <br />Mississippi River. <br /> <br />Responsible Officials and Staff: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council, Planning Commission, Park and Recreation <br />Commission, and other commissions may conduct public hearings at various <br />times throughout the MNRRA planning process to receive input from the citizens <br />of the City. Members of the City Staff that will complete tasks associated with <br />MNRRA will include: City Administrator, Zoning Administrator, Economic <br />Development Coordinator, Finance Officer, City Engineer, Parks and Utilities <br />Supervisor, and Community Development Interns. Consulting firms may be hired <br />by the City to assist in the MNRRA planning process and/or to conduct a survey <br />of City residents. <br /> <br />Work plan <br /> <br />The work plan wilt consist of two phases.
