<br /> All door trim pieces. All window trim pieces, including window sill
<br /> Chair rail (directly above wainscot). Chalkboard and chalkboard trim $1,500
<br /> All walls remove and discard the following items:. Wainscoting. Boards used to hold Built-Rite in place
<br />C) Base trim in kitchen. Doors and doorjambs $3,000
<br />_D) At contractors choice, one of the followin~l selections: $9,100
<br /> All walls - remove all wall plaster and lath, install new full-thickness batt insulation, vapor retarder,
<br /> and 1/2" (,]ypsum board (taped and sanded) OR
