AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 and B-2 Business to R-1 <br />Urban Residential: <br /> <br /> The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Townsiaip <br /> 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (subject to easement to Rural Co-op Power <br /> Assn., 4/12/67, and subject to 80 foot public road easement to City of Ramsey, 3/18/77); <br /> <br /> -and upon recording of final plat- <br /> <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> Sunflower Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
