Organization members may withdraw at any time upon 90 days notice. At time of <br />withdrawal any delinquent membership assessments must be paid in order to withdraw. <br /> <br />It appears by the agreement that the next meeting of the organization will be at the <br />Sherburne County Courthouse on Thursday, May 1, 1997. Subsequent meetings will be <br />as deemed appropriate by the organization board The organization will be known as the <br />Northstar Corridor Development Authority. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />By motion, adopt the resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to execute <br />the Northstar Corridor Development Authority agreement.
