The actual connection charge amount shall be determined <br />annually by city Council resolution. <br /> <br />4.80.06 PAYMENT OF CONNECTION CHARGE <br /> <br />The City, at its option, may consent to the spreading of the <br />connection charge against the building permit applicant's property <br />as a special assessment for a period not to exceed ten (10) years <br />in equal annual installments with interest payable at the current <br />rate of interest used for special assessment projects per annum on <br />the unpaid balance. <br /> <br />In the event there are deferred assessments levied against the <br />subject premises, then at the option of the City, prior to issuance <br />of a building permit, the building permit applicant shall be <br />required to: <br /> <br />a.
