Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br /> Background: <br /> <br /> In 1982, the City entered into a Stipulation Agreement in a Court action relating to the <br /> registration of the title to a parcel of land adjacent to Bison Street. The Stipulation provided that <br /> at the time of the permanent improvement to Bison Street, the street would be relocated so as not <br /> to encroach on private property. <br /> <br /> Bison Street has now been relocated and improvement and, therefore, no longer encroaches on <br /> the adjacent property.
