Now that the Bison street improvement is in and <br />complete, I now request that the city take the legal steps to remove the covenant from my <br />Certificate of Title as per that certain stipulation dated June 4, 1982 concerning the then use of <br />Bison Street. <br /> <br />The specific covenant that now needs to be removed provides, to wit: <br /> A covenant regarding the use of the present roadway on the subject premises known as <br /> Bison Street and for the future relocation thereof as set forth in the Stipulation between the <br /> Applicants and the City of Ramsey dated June 4, 1982 and flies June 16, 1982 in Torrens <br /> Case No. T-2562 (See Doc. No. 122320) <br /> <br />I enclose the following for your information: <br /> * copy of my Owners DuPlicate Certificate of Title which contains the aforementioned <br /> recital at page 2 thereof. <br /> <br />* copy of the pertinent stipulation. <br /> <br />* copy of letter dated from the Anoka County Examiner of Titles dated April 10, 1997 <br />which outlines the Examiner's suggested procedure for the City of Ramsey to show that <br />the covenant has terminated after which the Examiner may issue a directive for its <br />removal. After the Examiner issues the directive, that directive must then be filed with the <br /> <br /> <br />
