Registrar of Titles office to effectuate the removal of the covenant from the certificate of <br />title. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that this entire process to achieve removal of the covenant from the <br />certificate is a responsibility of the City pursuant to the stipulation. <br /> <br />I anticipate the sale of the property and I would like to have the certificate of title "cleaned" up <br />as soon as possible.
