,I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Includes Due On-Sale Clause <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #97- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 4 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC FACILITIES <br />AND IMPROVEMENTS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 4.70 "IMPLEMENTATION OF CHAPTER 8.6 OF <br />THE CITY CHARTER" TO CHAPTER 4 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The city of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />4.70.01 AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to the authority granted the <br />City Council by Section 12.12 of the Ramsey City Charter. <br /> <br />4.70.02 PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY. <br /> <br />The purpose of this Ordinance is to provide uniform regulations to <br />carry out and make effective Section 8.6 of the city Charter. This <br />Ordinance applies to any residential improved property in the City, <br />which property has Urban Services (sewer and/or water) available to <br />it and which property has not been assessed for the benefit of said <br />Urban Services. <br /> <br />4.70.03. DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />As used in this Ordinance, the following terms have the meanings <br />provided in this Section unless the context clearly requires <br />otherwise. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />As used in Section 2 herein Urban Services (sewer and/or <br />water) are "available" to a residential improved property <br />when said services are located in a street or public <br />easement which is adjacent to or abutts the residential <br />improved property. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />"Non-Functional private sewer system" means an individual <br />on-site sewer system which does not comply with Chapter <br />7080 of Minnesota Rules, which Chapter is entitled <br />"Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Water Quality <br />Division, Individual Sewage Treatment Systems." <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />"Non-Functional private water system" means an individual <br />on-site water system which does not comply with Minnesota <br />Rules as established by Chapter 4725 of Minnesota Rules <br />which Chapter is entitled "Department of Health Wells and <br />Borings" and/or rules and regulations of the State of <br />Minnesota Plumbing Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
