,I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Includes Due On-Sale Clause ORDINANCE #97- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 4 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC FACILITIES AND IMPROVEMENTS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 4.70 "IMPLEMENTATION OF CHAPTER 8.6 OF THE CITY CHARTER" TO CHAPTER 4 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The city of Ramsey ordains: 4.70.01 AUTHORITY This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to the authority granted the City Council by Section 12.12 of the Ramsey City Charter. 4.70.02 PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY. The purpose of this Ordinance is to provide uniform regulations to carry out and make effective Section 8.6 of the city Charter. This Ordinance applies to any residential improved property in the City, which property has Urban Services (sewer and/or water) available to it and which property has not been assessed for the benefit of said Urban Services. 4.70.03. DEFINITIONS As used in this Ordinance, the following terms have the meanings provided in this Section unless the context clearly requires otherwise. (a) As used in Section 2 herein Urban Services (sewer and/or water) are "available" to a residential improved property when said services are located in a street or public easement which is adjacent to or abutts the residential improved property. (b) "Non-Functional private sewer system" means an individual on-site sewer system which does not comply with Chapter 7080 of Minnesota Rules, which Chapter is entitled "Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Water Quality Division, Individual Sewage Treatment Systems." (c) "Non-Functional private water system" means an individual on-site water system which does not comply with Minnesota Rules as established by Chapter 4725 of Minnesota Rules which Chapter is entitled "Department of Health Wells and Borings" and/or rules and regulations of the State of Minnesota Plumbing Code.
