§ 8.30 Sewage d;.~l syste~ <br /> <br /> Ord. 89-2! repealed and replaced §8.30.04 <br />Sub& 6, Subd. 7, and Sub& 8, pertaining to <br /> <br />Mobile homes. <br /> <br />8.40.01 I)~nitiom <br /> <br />Dosing, Final Treatment and Disposal, and <br />Urban Service Area Alternatives. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> Subdivision L A'~Yiobile home" is a manufactured home that does nog <br /> meet the requirements of a manufactured home and the requirements for erection <br /> of a manufactured home as described by Chapter 9 of the City Code, which section <br /> was adopted by City of Ramsey Ordinance #82-12. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. A '~YIobile home park" shall be any premises which has <br />facilities to accommodate one or more occupied mobile homes. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. 'TJnit" means a section of ground in a mobile home park of <br />not less than 43,560 square feet of-noccupied space in an area designated as the <br />location for one mobile home, off-street parking space for two automobiles, and <br />other uses considered pertinent to the establishment and use of a mobile home <br />residence as permitted by this chapter. Double lot size for double component <br />trailer. <br /> Subd. 4, "Person'' shall be construed to include persons, <br />partnerships, firm, company, corporation, tenant, owner, lessee, their agents, <br />heirs and assigns. <br /> <br />8.40.02 Mobile home location <br /> <br /> SubcIivisionL It shall be ,m]aw~u] witb~u the l~m~ts of the City of <br />P~msey for any person to park any mobLle home on ~ny street, alley or highway, or <br />other public place, or on any tract of laud owned by any person, occupied or <br />-noccupied, within the City of Ramsey, except as provided ~u this section. <br /> <br /> Sub& 2~ Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted <br />on any street, alley or highway for not longer than three hours subject to any other <br />and further prohibitions, regulations or l~m~tations imposed by the traffic and <br />par]dug regulations or codes for street, alley or highway. <br /> <br /> Sub& 3. No person shall park or occupy a~y mobile home on the <br />pretenses of any occupied dwelling Or any lot which is not a part of the premises of <br />any occupied dwelling, either of which is situated outside of an approved mobile <br />home park; exce!~t,'the paTk~ng of only one travel trailer of less than 500 square feet <br />in floor area is permitted, provi~ng no Living quarters shall be maintained or any <br />businesses practiced in said travel trailer while such travel trailer is so parked or <br />stored. <br /> <br /> SubcL zL The City Council ma)' in its discretion grant a permit to <br />park one house trailer or mobile home on a tract of land to any non-profit <br />corporation, organization, or other charitable enterprise when the following <br />circumstances exist: <br /> <br />Page 268 <br /> <br />Printed 12/28/90 <br /> <br /> <br />
