A '~YIobile home park" shall be any premises which has <br />facilities to accommodate one or more occupied mobile homes. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. 'TJnit" means a section of ground in a mobile home park of <br />not less than 43,560 square feet of-noccupied space in an area designated as the <br />location for one mobile home, off-street parking space for two automobiles, and <br />other uses considered pertinent to the establishment and use of a mobile home <br />residence as permitted by this chapter.
