<br />FOR PARK FACILITIES AND TOURNAMENTS

<br />The City ofRamsey ~as provided provides many park facilities for all City residents to enjoy. The use of these
<br />facilities is administered as fairly and equitably as possible.
<br />
<br />The City encourages all City residents, civic groups, organizations, businesses, industry, churches, and schools
<br />to -~ ..... n~,;,,,, for reserve park ~ facilities to ensure their availability ..... , ,~ w~
<br />Permits will be granted based on availability and facility condition. It is the City's policy that the Iong range
<br />care and maintenance of all park facilities takes precedence over any single event..Also, ,v,~ ....... c,:+,y .is ............ ....

<br />Permits will be granted, denied, or revoked at the discretion of the Park Department.
<br />
<br />The following policies, procedures and fees have been developed to assist those who reservb and/or use the
<br />City's park facilities as follows:

<br />I. THE PERMIT APPLICANT CLASSIFICATION:
<br />
<br />A. Resident (one of the following)
<br />
<br />Valid I.D, such as a drivers license or other proof of residency for 30 days or
<br />more.
<br />
<br />A civic group, organization, business, industry, church, or school with its physical
<br />facilities located WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS.
<br />
<br />A representative ora youth organization, community school, or church, wherein at
<br />least 50 percent of the participants are Ramsey residents, or which have provided
<br />significant benefit and service to and for the City.
<br />
<br />B. Non- Resident
<br />
<br />Any person, civic group, organization, business, industry, church, or school not
<br />residing or having a physical faoi4it-~ facility location within the City limits of
<br />Ramsey.
<br />
<br />In cases where it is not clear whether a group or organization merits a residential
<br />status, the w~,~ c~^~,,.~;,,~+~,~ or City ^ ~';'~;~*~*~'~ shall make the ;-'~*;-~ final
<br />determination. Proof of non-profit stares ~or additional info~ation may be
<br />requested to assist in this dete~ination.
<br />
<br />II, YOUTH ATHLETIC ASSOCIATIONS'
<br />
<br />Free use of baseball, softball, football, soccer, and hockey facilities will be given to youth
<br />athletic associations dealing primarily with Ramsey youth. Lighting will be provided only after
<br />these groups have made maximum use of daylight hours.
