Bo <br /> <br />Facilities will be provided to youth athletic associations based on the percentage of Kamsey <br />children participating in the program. At the conclusion of each sport season, each association <br />shall compile and provide to the Park Department a detailed analysis of the number of teams, <br />games played, practices held and youth involved in their association so that determination can be <br />made as to the percentage of facilities to be allocated the following year. ~ Associations <br />that do not provide registration information will not be given permits. <br /> <br />RESERVATION POLICY (INDOOR & OUTDOOR SHELTERS) <br /> <br />4~,e4ime Single-use permits can be applied for and secured through the Park Department according to <br />the requirements listed below: <br /> <br />Priority will be given to Ramsey Residents as in Section I.A. on a first come - first serve basis <br />from the first working day in January each year through April I. Permits for the remaining <br />available dates will be awarded after April 1, on a first come - first serve basis to either residents <br />or non-residents. <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />Requests for a permit may be phoned in, made in person, or by mail but will not be valid until <br />the fee is paid and approval granted by the City of Ramsey Park Department. <br /> <br />There will be no tentative reservations, and same day reservations will not be granted. <br /> <br />C. 1. Indoor Facilities are defined as a building or open shelters. <br /> <br />Outdoor Facilities are defined as a field or court or any City property. Specifically, a <br />place where a recreational activity such as softball, football, basketball, tennis, <br />volleyball, etc., are played. <br /> <br />D. CITY OF RAMSEY EXCLUSIVE PARK USAGE FEES <br /> <br />There shall be a $15.00 deposit for each key required. <br /> <br />Organized groups serving the youth of Ramsey (community school, public service groups, <br />recreation groups) shall may have the building use fee waived. <br /> <br />Indoor permits will be issued for a maximum period of four (4) hours unless an extension is <br />authorized by the Park Department.
