I I I I I I I I I Jo Ko Mo Oo No games will start before 8:00 a.m. on any day of the tournament. Failure to comply with this will constitute grounds for tournament forfeiture. All lights will be off at 10:00 p.m. unless permission has been granted by the Park or Police Department (this only in an ~ extenuating circumstances). The City will order additional portable toilets and service of them at the sponsor's expense, if it is deemed necessary by the Park Department. All usage fees must be paid .within one (1) week after approval by the Park Department, If it is requested, that the City may provide maintenance services before or during the course of a tournament, such services will be charged at rates detailed in the City's Schedule of Fees and Charges. These services will be provided based on employee availability and at the sole discretion of the Park Department. All rakes, shovels, brooms, hoses and nozzles must be provided by the sponsor group. No vehicles will be allowed to drag the field without a permit displayed on the vehicle in clear site of the Police Department. The City cannot guarantee that a pavilion, building, or shelter will be available to the sponsor. If available, the sponsor may request one indoor/outdoor facility use permit and pay fees applicable under that policy. Also, the City ,,;'il! may allow said indoor/outdoor permit to extend the time length to one day. At the conclusion of the tournament, any and all additional fees and charges shall be paid to the City within one (1) week after date of billing. Additional fees include: 1. Labor and equipment costs, if used. 2 Rental The Park and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any toumament due to non- playable field conditions. If cancellation of a tournament by the sponsor is necessary after deposits and usage fees have been paid to the City, the refund policy is as follows: Page 8 of 9
