Failure to comply with this <br />will constitute grounds for tournament forfeiture. All lights will be off at 10:00 p.m. unless <br />permission has been granted by the Park or Police Department (this only in an ~ <br />extenuating circumstances). <br /> <br />The City will order additional portable toilets and service of them at the sponsor's expense, if it is <br />deemed necessary by the Park Department. <br /> <br />All usage fees must be paid .within one (1) week after approval by the Park Department, <br /> <br />If it is requested, that the City may provide maintenance services before or during the course of a <br />tournament, such services will be charged at rates detailed in the City's Schedule of Fees and <br />Charges. These services will be provided based on employee availability and at the sole <br />discretion of the Park Department. <br /> <br />All rakes, shovels, brooms, hoses and nozzles must be provided by the sponsor group. No <br />vehicles will be allowed to drag the field without a permit displayed on the vehicle in clear site of <br />the Police Department. <br /> <br />The City cannot guarantee that a pavilion, building, or shelter will be available to the sponsor. If <br />available, the sponsor may request one indoor/outdoor facility use permit and pay fees applicable <br />under that policy. Also, the City ,,;'il! may allow said indoor/outdoor permit to extend the time <br />length to one day. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of the tournament, any and all additional fees and charges shall be paid to the <br />City within one (1) week after date of billing. <br /> <br />Additional fees include: <br /> <br />1. Labor and equipment costs, if used. <br /> <br />2 Rental <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any toumament due to non- <br />playable field conditions. <br /> <br />If cancellation of a tournament by the sponsor is necessary after deposits and usage fees have <br />been paid to the City, the refund policy is as follows: <br /> <br />Page 8 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
