Drainage from the east parking lot and the eastermost section of the <br />front parking lot should be directed into this stormwater depression. The remainder of the <br />impervious area should be directed to the southeastern corner of the site on wkich a stormwater <br />pond having a minimum four-foot depth should be constructed. Similar to the other stormwater <br />pond, this pond will be continued across th~ eastern property line and into the adjacent property. <br />A storm sewer is planned to transmit overflow from this pond eastward to the larger regional <br />pond located on the Ramsey-Anoka boundary. <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: The building does not exceed the 35-foot height limit. The exterior <br />walls appear to be pre-cast concrete panels but it is not clearly indicated on the building elevation <br />sheet. <br /> <br />Lighting PIan: There is not a lighting plan included on the site plan. The site plan should be <br />modified accordingly and the lighting is subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Mechanical Equipment: It is noted that the Business Park 95 covenants requires that <br />mechanical equipment located on a roof top may be painted to be compatible with the building if <br />expressly allowed by the Architectural Review Board. Any mechanical equipment placed <br />elsewhere on this site must be screened so as not to be visible from the public street and the <br />screen/ng shall be aesthetically incorporated into the design of the building and constructed of <br />materials compatible with those of the building. <br /> <br />The Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board will be meeting to review the proposed site <br />plan on Thursday, May 1, 1997, at 5:30 p.m., at the Ramsey Municipal Center. The Ramsey <br />Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, May 6, <br />1997, at 7:30 p.m. It is suggested that you or your representative be present at these meetings to <br />answer any questions that may arise. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the case cover sheets.
