Drainage from the east parking lot and the eastermost section of the front parking lot should be directed into this stormwater depression. The remainder of the impervious area should be directed to the southeastern corner of the site on wkich a stormwater pond having a minimum four-foot depth should be constructed. Similar to the other stormwater pond, this pond will be continued across th~ eastern property line and into the adjacent property. A storm sewer is planned to transmit overflow from this pond eastward to the larger regional pond located on the Ramsey-Anoka boundary. Architectural Standards: The building does not exceed the 35-foot height limit. The exterior walls appear to be pre-cast concrete panels but it is not clearly indicated on the building elevation sheet. Lighting PIan: There is not a lighting plan included on the site plan. The site plan should be modified accordingly and the lighting is subject to the approval of the City Engineer. Mechanical Equipment: It is noted that the Business Park 95 covenants requires that mechanical equipment located on a roof top may be painted to be compatible with the building if expressly allowed by the Architectural Review Board. Any mechanical equipment placed elsewhere on this site must be screened so as not to be visible from the public street and the screen/ng shall be aesthetically incorporated into the design of the building and constructed of materials compatible with those of the building. The Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Thursday, May 1, 1997, at 5:30 p.m., at the Ramsey Municipal Center. The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, May 6, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. It is suggested that you or your representative be present at these meetings to answer any questions that may arise.
