Drainage fi.om the dock area and the south half of the building should be directed to this basin. An overflow fi.om this storm detention pond will provide an outlet from this basin and will discharge to the regional storm pond located along the Ramsey eastern city limits. The outlet storm sewer will be designed to handle the direct discharge from the eastern access road and the proposed building expansion. Architectural Standards: The building does not exceed the 35-foot height limit. It appears that the exterior walls are proposed to consist of a pre-cast panels but the elevation sheet should be modified to clearly identify the exterior finish of the structure. Lighting Plan: The site plan does not include a lighting plan. The plan needs to be modified to include the exterior lighting which is subject to the approval of the City Engineer. Mechanical Equipment: It is noted that the Business Park 95 covenants requires that mechanical equipment located on a roof top may be painted to be compatible with the building if expressly allowed by the Architectural Review Board. Any mechanical equipment placed elsewhere on this site must be screened so as not to be visible fi.om the public street and the screening shall be aesthetically incorporated into the design of the building and constructed of materials compatible with those of the building. The Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Thursday, May 1, 1997, at 5:30 p.m., at the Ramsey Municipal Center. The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, May 6, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. It is suggested that you or your representative be present at these meetings to answer any questions that may arise.
