Detailed <br />specifications must be provided to the City Engineer to determine whether the lighting is in <br />compliance with City Code. If other additional site lighting is proposed, it should be shown on <br />the site plan and detailed specifications must be reviewed by the City Engineer for compliance. <br /> <br />Mechanical Equipment: It is noted that the Business Park 95 covenants require that mechanical <br />equipment located on a roof top may be painted to be compatible with the building if expressly <br />allowed by the Architectural'Review Board. Any mechanical equipment placed elsewhere on <br />this site must be screened so as not to be visible from the public street and the screening shall be <br />aesthetically incorporated into the design of the building and constructed of materials compatible <br />with those o£the building. <br /> <br />The Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board will be meeting to review the proposed site <br />plan on Thursday, May 1, 1997, at 5:30 p.m., at the Ramsey Municipal Center. The Ramsey <br />Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, May 6, <br />1997, at 7:30 p.m. It is suggested that you or your representative be present at these meetings to <br />answer any questions that may arise. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the case cover sheets.
