I I I I I I I I I I I I I That the exception is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the petitioner. That the granting of the exception will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to other property in the area in which the property is situated. That the proposed exception will be harmonious with and in accordance with the specific objectives of the City's existing Comprehensive Plan and will not adversely affect the planning process for adoption of amendments to the Comprehensive Plan above described. That the proposed use/subdivision will be consistent with the intent and purpose of this Ordinance. SECTION 7. TERM. The term of this Ordinance shall be for a period of one year commencing with its effective date. The term may be extended after approval by the City Council for an additional period not exceeding 18 months, as provided for in Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.355, Subd. 4. SECTION 8. PENALTIES. Any person, firm, entity or corporation that subdivides or undertakes any development activity in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any additional legal or equitable remedies available to the City. SECTION 9. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and thirty (30) days after publication according to law, subject to Charter Provision, Section 5.04. the PASSED by the city Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota on day of , 1997.
