LAND CO., a Minnesota partnership (hereinaf~called the "Declarants"), for itself, its successors, grantees and assigns. RECITALS Declarants are the owners in fee simple absolute of certain real property situated in the County of Anoka, and State of Minnesota and legally described as: Ail of Alpine Estates Declarants intend to subject and establish the Land legally described..above, together with the buildings, improvements and structures now or hereafter located thereon, to certain easements, covenants and restrictions.
