As outlined in your <br />letter, the proposed project will include the extension of storm sewer for approximately <br />2200 feet. In addition, a street and cul-de-sac is to be constructed in the Oak Ridge <br />Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are <br />confident we can provide high quality services at competitive prices. As requested in <br />your letter of May 16, 1997, we have split our costs into two areas, basic engineering <br />services and technical engineering services. Our estimated "not to exceed" costs for <br />basic services and our estimated cost for technical engineering services are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Basic Engineering Services <br /> <br />Preparation of plans and specifications for the street and storm sewer <br />improvements. <br />Review site plans and preliminary drainage analysis. <br />Attend two meetings with Ramsey City representatives prior to finalizing <br />plans. <br />Prepare all necessary permit applications to the LRRWMO, Anoka County <br />Highway, and MPCA associated with the construction. <br /> <br />Engineers Landscape Architects Surveyors <br /> <br /> <br />
