QUEST FOR PROPOSAL <br />STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK AREA <br /> <br />Dear Mr. ~Iankowski: <br /> <br />Thank you for the request for proposal, dated May 16, 1997, for the above-referenced <br />project. TB/s letter is intended to provide you a cost proposal for engineering services. <br /> <br />As per our discussion, we would include both project areas in a single bid package, Work <br />would include street improvements on the Oak Ridge Court cul-de-sac and approximately <br />3,000 linear feet of storm sewer in two locations. <br /> <br />Basic engineering services to provide pla_ns and specifications for bidding purposes would <br />be provided at a cost of $12,300. This includes all engineering, drafting, and surveying <br />services as detailed in your letter. <br /> <br />Technical engineering services will include construction staking, project inspection and <br />administration, and preparation of record drawings. These services shall be billed on an <br />hourly basis. For your budget purposes, we estimate these costs will be $14,700. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you have any questions. Should we be awarded the project, please <br />contact us as soon as possible so that ~e field surveying can be ordered and a contract <br />document be prepared.
