ORDINANCE NO. 03- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated roadway and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> A permanent easement for roadway and utility purpOses over the west 60.00 feet lying <br /> north of the south 43.00 feet and southerly of the southerly right of way line of County <br /> State Aid Highway No. 116 of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter.of Section <br /> 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
