It is bounded to the <br />east by the City's eastern boundary, to the west by the Puma Street alignment, to the <br />south by the Mississippi River, and to the north by County State-Aid Highway (CSAH) <br />116 (See Exhibit 1: Ramsey TH 10 Corridor AUAR Study Area). These study area <br />boundaries are justified as follows: <br /> <br /> · This area captures the portion of TH 10 in Ramsey with the highest potential for <br /> highway improvements on new aligrm~ent. Specific potential improvements <br /> include: <br /> <br />the proposed upgrade of TH 10 to a freeway and potential alignment shifts <br />[reflected in the TH 10 Corridor Management Plan (CMP) ]; <br /> <br />the proposed new alignment of CSAH 116 (being studied separately); and <br /> <br />the potential for a new Mississippi River crossing (also being studied <br />separately); and <br /> <br />potential interchange locations and configurations. <br /> <br />RAMSEY TH 10 CORRIDOR AUAR 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
