23.

24.

Not applicable

Stationary source air emissions
This item is not applicable to an AUAR.

Dust, odors, noise
EA W: Will the project generate odors, noise, or dust during construction and/or operation?

Yes ~XNo
If yes, describe the source, characteristics, duration, and quantities or intensihy, and any proposed
measures to mitigate adverse impacts. Also, identify the locations of sensitive receptors and
estimate the impacts on them. Discuss potential impacts on human health or qualifld of life.

Dust, odors, and construction noise need not be addressed in an A UAR unless there is some
unusual reason to do so. The RGU might want to discuss as part of the mitigation plan,
however, any dust control or construction noise ordinances in effect. If the area will include or
adjoin major noise sources, a noise analysis is needed to determine if any noise levels in excess of
standards would occur and if so, to identi, tid appropriate mitigation measures. With respect to
traffic-generated noise, the noise analysis should be based on the traffic analysis of Item 21.

25.

Sensitive resources
Are any of the following resources on or in proximity to the site?

a. Archeological, historic, and architectural resources. __Yes _~_X No
For an A UAR, contact with the State Historic Preservation Office is required to determine
whether there are areas of potential impacts to these resources. If any exist, an appropriate
site survey of high probabilibd areas is needed to address the issue in more detail. The
mitigation plan must include mitigation for any impacts identified. For an AUAR, a map
should also be included to shozo any groundwater hazards identified. A standard soils map
for the area should be included.

The Ramsey Town Center AUAR found no relevant resources in the area. Because
official mapping does not result in a direct physical impact, the State Historic
Preservation Office (SHPO) was not contacted again for this AUAR. Further actions
to expand and improve TH 10 would require additional studies and separate
environmental approvals, including appropriate contact with SHPO and appropriate
documentation of archaeological, historic, and architectural resources.

Prime or unique farmlands. Yes ___~_X No
The extent of conversion of existing farmlands anticipated in the A UAR should be described.
If any farmland will be preserved by special protection programs, this should be discussed.

Designated parks, recreation areas, or trails. _~__X Yes No
If development of the A UAR will interfere or change the use of any existing such resource,
this should be described in the A UAR. The RGU may also want to discuss under this item
any proposed parks, recreation areas, or trails to be developed in conjunction with
deveIopment of the A UAR area.

RAMSEY TH 10 CORRIDOR AUAR 19
