Returning
each evening to park the truck inside again and leave.

ACCESS: The purpose of the 50 foot entrance. The tenant in the back half of the
south building is Peterson Trucking. The business there in is hauling overweight,
over width and over length special permitted construction equipment, that
traditional 65 foot long tractor trailers are not capable of hauling. This requires the
use of what the industry calls, stingers. Stingers are additional multiple axle
assemblies that are added off the back of the trailer. Allowing for additional
weight and length to be legally added. Each stinger adds an additional 10 feet in
length to the tractor-trailer. In the spring when road restrictions are on it's not
uncommon to run two stingers off the back. With these types of assemblies it
wouldn't be possible to come and go through the traditional 40 foot entrance
without constantly running over curbs and destroying landscaping.

PARKING AND MANEUVERING AREAS: B612 concrete curb and gutter
throughout has been noted on the plan and resubmitted. Bituminous paving
throughout has been noted on the plan and resubmitted: '

Lenny J. Kalway
