This grading <br />and/or fill will be your responsibility. <br /> <br />Access: The site is located on the comer of Basalt St. and 141st Ave. Building A will have access to <br />their parking lot access from 141~t Ave. Building B will have access to their parking lot from Basalt St. <br />Both buildings will have a shared access from Basalt St. for a track maneuvering area. The proposed <br />access is shown to be 50 feet wide. Based on comments generated from the initial plan review, you <br />have indicated that the access needs to be 50 feet wide in order to accommodate for the truck used for a <br />tenant of one of the buildings. Peterson Trucking specializes in hauling overweight and over length <br />construction equipment. The typical 40 foot entrance is not wide enough to accommodate the needed <br />turning movement. <br /> <br />REU Number: Staff has insufficient information to determine a REU number for the project. Please <br />provide the City with impervious surface calculations so that this number may be determined. <br /> <br />Storm Water Savings Payment: In exchange for the Savings realized by you regarding the storm <br />water piping needed for the project, the City has agreed to oversize the storm water pipes within the <br />Basalt St. public improvements to be constructed by the City. The City Engineer's estimated cost of <br />the savings to be realized is $26, 075.00. Therefore, you will be required to pay the City this amount. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2003 at Ramsey Fire Station, <br />15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review the proposed site plan. You or your representative may want to be <br />present to answer any questions that may arise.
