REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT IS No building permit for the Site will <br />be issued until the Permittee has: a) signed and returned this Development Permit No <br />Certificate of OccUPancy for ,tt~e structure will be issued until: a) the Required <br />Improvements are accepted by the City; and b) the landscaping maintenance guarantee <br />has been provided <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The Required Improx~ements <br />shall be completed before October 1, 2003. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />OUTSIDE REGULATORY AGENCIES. The Permittee herein agrees to be <br />responsible for obtaining all required permits or licenses from any other regulatory <br />agencies. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF LOCATION. The Permittee herein agrees to recognize Ramsey <br />as the City of location on all forms of advertising and business correspondence whenever <br />reasonably prudent to do so. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. The DEVELOPER-agrees that this <br />Development Permit shall be binding upon their successors and assigns.
