This number shall be used to determine the quarterly charge for the stormwater utility. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2003 at Ramsey Fire Station, <br />15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review the proposed site plan.
