anticipated that a cross walk will be installed across Peridot street near the' southwest corner of the site. Spaces for a playground and a tot lot have been provided on the east side of the building, adjacent to the elementary portion of the school building. The playground will be approximately fifty percent impervious and fifty percent turfed while the tot lot will be a combination of turf and pea rock. The south side of the building is essentially the "back of the house" A dockand the trash enclosure are located adjacent to the storage room of the school and are hidden from the public street system. PACT Charter School has indicated that approximately 65 stalls on the west side of the school will be dedicated to those secondary students who drive themselves to school everyday. Those students will purchase a parking pass from the school, and the school will limit the number of parking passes. The balance of the west lot will be for school staff and parents who perform volunteer services at the school. The secondary students parking in the west parking lot will enter the school through the west doors. Students who will be going to outdoor gym classes Will be using the ball fields located to the west of the school across Peridot Street. They will cross Peridot Street at the entry drive located at the southwest corner of the site. For those students who ride their bikes to school, bike racks will be provided at the southwest and the northeast entrance doors. Large truck deliveries will enter~the site at the southwest curb CUt, proceed east along the south service drive past the service dock, and back up to the dock. Once the delivery is complete, the trucks will proceed north along the east parking lot and exit the site at the north curb cut. Garbage trucks will enter the site at the north curb cut, proceed south along the east parking lot, proceed ,,vest along the south service drive past the service dock, and back up to the dumpster area. Once complete, the garbage trucks will exit the site via the southwest curb cut. Signage Two monument signs are proposed for the site. One sign will be located about midpoint along the east property line. This sign will help to direct those traveling along Ramsey Boulevard to turn at East. Ramsey Parkway. Traveling west along East Ramsey Parkway, vehicles will turn south on Peridot Street. There they will see the second monument sign located about midpoint along the west property line. This sign will indicate the entrance to the school west parking lot.
