Residential unit south of MH 200A appears to be too low. <br /> <br />Not apparent how and where drainage in parking lot in Outlot B (south of Bunker Lake Blvd. <br />and east of Armstrong Blvd.) flows. <br /> <br />Unidentified line assumed to be wetland delineation boundary. <br /> <br />Issues of access, grades and drainage in residential area parking lots. <br /> <br />Proposed contouring is not correct along west side of cul-de-sac street to east of wetland area. <br /> <br />Concrete valley gutter needed along east gutter line at intersection of two (2) cul-de-sac <br />streets to east of wetland. <br /> <br />Grade appears to be greafer than 3:1 on south side of easternmost cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Storm inlets appear to be needed in cul-de-sac bulb in upper let hand comer of sheet. <br /> <br />Contouring appears to eliminate ditch on east side of Armstrong Blvd. to north of West <br />Ramsey Parkway. Piping must be provided to preserve existing drainage pattern. <br /> <br />An 870 contour continues as an 871 contour in upper right hand comer of sheet. <br /> <br />Check contours of berms between West Ramsey Blvd. (soUth drive) and pond areas.
