The Master Plan and Zoning Code identified five distinct, but overlapping sub-districts within the Town Center. Development must <br />respond to the overall town center guidelines, but also must address the more detailed <br />sub-district guidelines in order to ensure, protect the unique character and physical design features described in the Master Plan. <br />Sub-district guidelines are defined by the following categories: <br /> <br />· Site Development Guidelines <br />· Public Realm/Streetscape Guidelines <br />· Architectural Guidelines <br /> <br />In all cases, the sub-district guidelines must be applied in harmony with the Town Center Guidelines and with other existing city, <br />county, state codes, design criteria, plans and studies that support broader goals for <br />regional growth and development. <br /> <br />TC4 <br /> <br />Sub-Districts Plan <br /> <br />TC1 Mixed Use Core <br />TC2 Commercial <br />TC3 Workplace <br />TC4 Neighborhood <br />TC5 Parks & Open Space <br /> <br /> <br />
