Public Realm/St~eetscapeGuidelines <br /> <br />· Entrance drives to structured parking <br />(including underground parking) should <br />be located and designed to minimize <br />interference with pedestrian movement. <br />· Structured parking entrances should <br />be minimized so that they do not <br />dominate the street frontage of a <br />building. <br />· All parking and loading areas fronting <br />public streets or sidewalks shall provide: <br /> 1) 5 feet wide (min.) landscape edge <br />along the public street or sidewalk. <br /> 2) Screening consisting of either a <br />masonry wall, fence (or hedge or <br />combination) that forms a screen a <br />minimum of 3 feet in height. <br /> 3) One tree shall be provided for each <br />30 linear feet of parking lot frontage on <br />a public street or accessway. <br /> <br />i I I <br /> <br /> <br />
