Recommendation: <br /> <br />After several months of researching Home Occupation Ordinances in other cities, through the <br />League of Minnesota Cities and other Planning guidebooks, discussing the issue with the <br />Planning Commission, and working with Mr. Menard, the enclosed Home Occupation Ordinance <br />is ready for Council consideration. The Planning Commission recommends adoption of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />City Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to introduce an ordinance to amend Section 9.11.04 of City Code to establish regulations <br />for considering permitting home occupation operations to be conducted within accessory <br />structures. <br /> <br />Motion to deny the proposed ordinance to amend Section 9.11.04 of City Code regarding home <br />occupations. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />CC: 9.23.03 <br /> <br /> <br />
