How did you handle the situation? <br /> <br />General Comments <br /> <br />· Planning Commissioner: Questions recommended by Planning <br /> Commissioners are all good recommendations. <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Commissioner: To me, questions 5 & 6 seem very <br />similar. I would eliminate #6. I think #5 is the most applicable to <br />applicants... #6 may get more responses that deal more with personal <br />issues. <br /> <br />Public Safety Board Member: I have reviewed the interview questions and <br />find that they seem comprehensive and directly related to the roles sought <br />by the applicant. I think that the questions that were recommended by the <br />Planning Commissioners are particularly well suited to a selection process <br />for volunteers. I suggest selecting no more than ten questions for any <br />specific position. If too many questions are asked, it tends to drift toward <br />inquisition rather than interview. <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission recommends the following questions for <br />applicants to the Park and Recreation Commission <br /> <br />If you were put into a situation of a potential or real conflict of interest, <br />how would you address that possibility with your fellow <br />commissioners? <br /> <br />Planning - prioritization - budgets. Do those terms scare you?
