RAN D U M : ~ <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />September 15, 2003 <br /> <br />Ramsey City Council <br /> <br />Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Attached resolution authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with MnDOT <br />for the upgrading of the traffic signal at Ramsey Boulevard and US Highway 10. <br /> <br />At the August 26, 2003 meeting, the City Council authorized the City to enter into a Signal <br />Agreement with MnDOT for the intersection of Ramsey Boulevard and Highway 10. MnDOT <br />requires a resolution be submitted along with the executed agreement which specifically <br />identifies City officials given the authority to sign the agreement. Attached is a resolution to <br />satisfy this requirement. <br /> <br /> <br />
