Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-09-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH MN/DOT FOR THE UPGRADING OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT RAMSEY <br />BOULEVARD AND US HIGHWAY 10; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Ramsey enter into an agreement with <br />the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br /> To replace a traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption, <br />interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 10 at Ramsey Boulevard in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 85509R, a copy of which was <br />before the Council. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals, this __ <br /> ,2003. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Dated: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Attent by: <br /> <br />Its Mayor <br /> <br />Its City Administrator <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> )S.S. <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br />The foregoing was acknowledged before me this __ day of ,2003, <br />by the of the City of Ramsey a municipality under the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota, on behalf of the corporation, <br /> <br />Notary Public <br /> <br /> <br />
