I have been informed that the above-described property <br />you own is currently in violation of Ramsey City Ordinances in that <br />the property has not yet connected to City utility services. The <br />area your business is currently located in was established as an <br />extension of the municipal sewer and water in 1987. All properties <br />must now connect to City utility systems in accordance with Ramsey <br />Ordinance 4.40.03 Subdivision 3 and 1.02.02 Subdivision 2. To <br />refuse to do so is a violation of Ramsey City Ordinances and a <br />misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail, <br />a $700.00 fine or both.
