The one-sheet <br />building elevation provided does not specify what the exterior finish on the walls will consist of. <br />The site plan should be modified accordingly. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan:' The Site Plan doesn't identify a lighting plan and should be modified <br />accordingly. Code states that lighting should deflect away from public streets and bulbs emitting <br />in excess of 3000 lumens shall be so directed that the bulb is not visible from off of the property <br />where such light source is located. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 1997 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, to review the proposed site plan. A copy of the <br />case cover sheet is enclosed.
