CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />DAKOTA DEVELOPMENT, INC. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT <br /> <br />On Junel0, 1997, Site Plan approval was granted by the CITY OF RAMSEY ("City") to <br />DAKOTA DEVELOPMENT, INC. ("Permittee") to construct a 46,208 square foot multi- <br />tenant office and warehouse facility ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. Energy Park Third Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. Ail building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br /> engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance w/th the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLA. aN COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan was prepared by <br />The Architectural Network, consisting of one (1) sheet dated ~ 1997. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan referenced above. The Required Improvements are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Bituminous driveways, off-street parking and maneuvering areas <br />B-612 Concrete curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous surfaces <br />Site grading in accordance with the Grading and Utility Plan prepared by The <br />Architectural Network and dated .1997. <br />Sod and seed <br />Establishment of plantings in accordance with the Landscape Plan which consists <br />of__ sheet prepared by The Architectural Networkk and dated . , 1997 <br />Fire lanes <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br /> <br />
